Their team have created some short videos and written pieces for us so you can find out more about what they do at the bridge and the routes they took to get there! You’ll notice that not all employees at the Clifton Suspension Bridge are engineers – there are lots of different job roles available.
You will find the word ‘heritage’ used several times. Heritage is all the historical sites, cultural traditions, monuments, buildings, landscapes and artefacts we’ve inherited from the past and want to preserve for future generations. Heritage is everything that has been handed down from the past generations that we want to protect for future generations! It includes everything from historic sites, monuments and buildings to cultural traditions, practices and landscapes. You can find out more on The Heritage Council website.
